I’ve been training for over a decade now and tried most methods of training but never felt my body like I did with Ems . Despite an injury I was able to get my holiday body ready . Trainers do know their stuff and are very happy to help with nutrition and supplements too. Place is spotless clean and EMS is definitely on another level to anything have tried before 👌

I’ve been going to EMS sessions with E Pulse Studio for a few months now, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. The working out part takes 20-30 mins only and feels like you’ve done a 3 hour workout! Amazing team. Przemek, Kamil and Alex are very friendly, taking care and making sure you do your exercises correctly. Training is individually selected to the needs of each client. E-Pulse Studio has a great atmosphere. Trainers advise how to exercise, what to eat and how to take care of your body. Results can be seen very quickly if you stick to regular workouts and diet. Well where do I start the guys at E-Pulse are magical! I was introduced to the guys back in January regarding EMS. We went throughly through my goals and what I wanted to achieve I found it so hard to believe at first but I trusted the process and just one session, once a week 30 mins well I have seen massive improvements!! All the guys are so knowledgable and they make it fun and they are very professional! I have been working a lot with Hugo and he pushes me in a good way as he knows what I’m capable of! I really look forward to my sessions and love the extra touch of the pre workout Duo Life supplements and post workout supplements you get to try! I’ve completed week 3 of my EMS training with Hugo and I am absolutely thrilled with my progress. I put my all into training because I know it’s only a matter of 20 minutes a week. The results are staggering as I can see positive changes already!!!My 2nd body scan showed an overall loss in body fat and an increase in lean muscle… win win 🎉Anyone considering EMS should definitely do a trail session, we can all spare 20 minutes a week.
