Unbelievable training. Kamil and Troy really know what they are talking about. This place got me in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I had full body scans taken throughout the course of a year and the changes were so much more than expected. I would 100% recommend E Pulse. Their knowledge of training, nutrition and supplements is second to none. I can’t praise this place and these guys highly enough.

I love my training sessions here. The workout is intense - I definitely know my muscles have worked hard! Troy who leads my sessions is really motivating and knowledgable - I’ve picked up lots of helpful tips. I do a session once a month but I can still see/feel the results - I wish I lived nearer so I could visit more often! Thanks Troy!

I love exercising at e-pulse studio in Peterborough as it offers a unique training approach which helps to get maximum results in a short amount of time . My strength and stamina have vastly improved within months. Years of back ache have completely disappeared by strengthening my core and back muscles so effectively.
Troy and Kamil are always welcoming , knowledgeable and professional. They are so generous with their time and advice on health and fitness. I have been going for years and continue to enjoy every training session.

Since starting EMS training, I’ve noticed real improvements in my muscle tone, strength, and overall fitness in a short time.
Cam and Troy are professional, genuinely supportive, and great fun to train with.
As a mum of two young boys, finding time for myself isn’t easy, so having a workout that’s efficient and effective has made such a difference — would highly recommend!

I have been coming to the guys at E pulse for 8 months. I began my journey with them following some shoulder surgery I had.
I was finding it hard to rehab my shoulder through the normal routes, so we introduced EMS which was amazing! I was able to build strength in my shoulder without irritating it which I could not do post surgery. The results have been incredible and my shoulder is now as strong as ever.
Although I no longer require rehab for my shoulder I saw huge benefits to training with EMS, Kamil and Troy. I decided to continue visit E Pulse as their package is invaluable to me, having their leading industry knowledge on hand has improved my performance incredibly and this year I am working on being in the best shape of my life at 47!
I have been involved in sports and performance all of my life and can honestly recommend EMS as must have if you are serious about being the best version of yourself that you can be.

I was referred to E-Pulse after a car accident in which I injured my back. Pela and Mateusz were incredibly professional and supportive throughout my recovery. I noticed a huge improvement after only a few sessions, and thanks to them I was able to return to full health very quickly. I can’t recommend them enough — truly the best physiotherapists I’ve ever had!

I highly recommend working with Troy and Kamil. I have been having weekly sessions at E-Pulse Studio for the last three months and I now feel stronger, fitter and have been noticing much more muscle tone than when I began - my lower back pain is now much better and my golf handicap has even come down three shots since I started too!!
They are both very friendly, they have an innovative set-up and approach which has helped me push myself further than I could alone, and all of this in a great studio that is unlike anything I've experienced before.

I never thought I’d enjoy training or working with a coach, but e-Pulse completely changed my perspective — it’s honestly the best workout experience I’ve ever had. You feel very welcomed from Day 1, the studio is super clean, everyone is so friendly and the little extras available really make the difference.
I’ve always struggled with my weight, but in just 3-months of training with Troy, I’ve not only built muscles (I didn’t think I could ever have!), but I’ve also lost weight and feel so much better overall. It really is amazing how effective this is with such a small commitment (30min/week of “no pain no gain”)! My stamina has improved, I feel more positive about my body, and I appreciate how the training is personalised to me.
I’d 100% recommend it to anyone — it’s a game-changer💪🏼✨

I can’t thank Troy and his team enough what they done for me. I have suffered chronic back pain for years, then I completed my first set of sessions and now followe my home work program and I don’t have any back pain, I am fitter, mobile and a lot happier. Just completed our 1st 6 months training with E-Pulse and the results have been unbelievable. I have gone from out of shape, to London Marathon ready in a matter of months. Then focusing on strength training after the run was mind blowing. The EMS system is a game changer for your body transformation in a great setting with great vibes. Fitness fan or not.... I would strongly recommend the taster session as everyone needs to experience this. ❤️💪🏻

I decided two months ago to try EMS at E-Pulse Studio. I was skeptical at first, but guys, this is insane 😱 in just two months I have lost a lot of inches and kilos, I have seen many benefits, my stamina has improved so much, I feel very active. I’ve been training for over a decade now and tried most methods of training but never felt my body like I did with Ems . Despite an injury I was able to get my holiday body ready . Trainers do know their stuff and are very happy to help with nutrition and supplements too. Place is spotless clean and EMS is definitely on another level to anything have tried before 👌

I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life in such a short time, and I’m genuinely stunned by how effective this method is. Amazing team. Przemek, Kamil and Alex are very friendly, taking care and making sure you do your exercises correctly. Training is individually selected to the needs of each client. E-Pulse Studio has a great atmosphere. Trainers advise how to exercise, what to eat and how to take care of your body. Results can be seen very quickly if you stick to regular workouts and diet.
