Amazing team. Przemek, Kamil and Alex are very friendly, taking care and making sure you do your exercises correctly. Training is individually selected to the needs of each client. E-Pulse Studio has a great atmosphere. Trainers advise how to exercise, what to eat and how to take care of your body. Results can be seen very quickly if you stick to regular workouts and diet. I’ve completed week 3 of my EMS training with Hugo and I am absolutely thrilled with my progress. I put my all into training because I know it’s only a matter of 20 minutes a week.
