Received a truly outstanding experience at E-pulse studio. Their highly skilled and experienced trainers tailored my workout to my needs and after just a half an hour session, felt like I had done a high intensity full body workout. Would definitely recommend.

Love my training sessions!

Since I started my regular training sessions with Troy and Kamil, I can't belive how my progress in strength training accelerated. I am much stronger and my body feels great. I love the variety of exercise and the fact that each session starts with supplements and ends with a protein shake. With my 70th birthday rapidly approaching I saw a free trial for E-Pulse so decided to give it a go, the best decision I have made in a long time. My posture has changed considerably and many of the problems I had with my hips and flexibility have been addressed by the 6 week fitness plan tailored to my personal needs. Great studio! I have done once the EMS boxing, it was fun suitable for people have less time for gym. I am mostly doing boxing training and I have learned so much and have a better foot work and posture after the training, the price is very good for boxing and very intense lesson. Worth the money. Great bunch of guys! Wasn’t sure what to expect when I first attended but over the course of a 30min session each week they literally have me feeling like 8kg weights are 25kg 💪🏻

The experience is very hard to explain but a must try for anyone 🙌🏻

Wow... what an amazing session... I didn't know what to expect before I tried it.. actually I am still amused by the experience I had.. Both of coaches was extremely professional and guided me and my partner through whole process without issues. Training was strong, was funny and sweaty.. after finished workout Troy asked me, how do I feel, what do I think about EMS...
I was speechless, because I never experience workout like this.
Next day I had positive pain in my muscles, so I knew the training was good.
I already signed for another sessions.. now I am after second one and I got that positive feeling again. This just confirmed, that I will continue my journey with EMS.
